[X] Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is the power recognized by the regulations on consumer and user protection (Royal Decree Law 1/2007, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Law on Consumer and User Protection -TRLDCYU) to nullify a contract, made at a distance, within 14 days from the date of contracting without the need to give any explanation and with the right to a refund of the amounts paid.
However, such regulations establish exceptions to this right of withdrawal, and specifically article 103, section m) of the TRLGDCYU provides that the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that as a result they lose their right of withdrawal.
Therefore, with the acceptance of these terms and conditions, if you have contracted any of the courses on our website, you expressly consent that you will lose the right of withdrawal from the moment on your part the execution of the digital content made available to you begins (you access the content portal), finding us not obligated in that case to refund the amounts paid on the occasion of the contracting of the course in question.
Notwithstanding the loss of the right of withdrawal as provided above, the withdrawal period will expire 14 natural days from the date of contracting the service in question.
